Ashley was 2 pounds and 8 ounces at the time she was born. Her time in ICU took a full month. She was told by her parents that Christmas Day would be her day for heart operation. Prayers were answered when her parents went in Christmas Day and were told by doctors that her heart had been shut. Ashley was never in need of surgery. After two months in hospital she weighed only 4 1/2 lbs when she was released. Ever since, she's been well-behaved! Her father has English and German ancestry. The family that she is from originates from Ireland. Her first appearance as an actor was an advertisement to promote the Salon Surprise Barbie Doll from 2002. Ashley was subsequently pursued when she was age 8 by the Ford Modeling Agency. She has worked consistently and remains in the Agency. As a young girl She decided she would pursue acting. Ashley went on to do 35 commercials before moving onto stage roles. Ashley is currently a fervent fan of acting. Ashley has devoted her entire focus to the field of acting. Dancing and modeling are no longer a priority. Ashley's most recent character is "Hanna Marin" in ABC Family's Pretty Little Liars (2009). Ashley has also appeared in Romeo Miller (aka Lil Romeo) and Solange's music video to promote her hit track "True Love". Britney Spears was her co-star in an Vogue Magazine photoshoot. The singer is in NLT "That Girl" which is a music video.
